School Bus Accidents and Injuries

When children are injured in a school bus accident, many questions will be asked, many of which will pertain to whether or not the bus driver is at fault. If the bus driver is not at fault, parents might be able to breath a little easier about the accident. If the bus driver is at fault, however, parents will understandably be frustrated and angered. Bus drivers are tasked with keeping their occupants safe, so when a bus driver is at fault for an accident where injuries are present, it can cause anger in the parents of the students injured.
