Deadly Vehicle Accidents in New Jersey

When a vehicle accident ends in death, it can create a host of questions for the family of the deceased. Many of these questions are important, but one of the most important questions asks about if the death was wrongful. Wrongful death claims are basically suits that argue that if the person responsible for the accident had not caused the accident, no one would have died. Of course these claims have more aspects involved, but basically, if the answer to that claim is that, yes, the person who died would still be alive had the accident not occurred, a wrongful death claim may be possible.
