A man fell victim last year to a work related crane crash. According to OSHA findings, the company he worked for failed to properly inspect the crane which resulted in his wrongful death. The crane collapsed while the victim was operating it. The mother of the victim stated that she felt the construction company got away with murdering her son.

$1 million bail set for man involved in fatal vehicle accident

A 31-year-old man who allegedly drove his SUV in the opposite direction on a South Jersey road has finally made it to court after spending almost half a year in a state prison rehab center. His appearance resulted in numerous charges in the wrongful death of two individuals and a bail set at one million dollars.

Dover man charged with vehicular homicide

A Dover man was indicted on a charge of vehicular homicide stemming from a pedestrian death, which occurred on Dec. 22, 2012. The 59-year-old struck and killed a 64-year-old man with his vehicle and initially fled the scene, only to return a few minutes later. The pedestrian was standing in the middle of Route 10 West when the vehicle struck him.

20-year-old held after 2 die in crash.

On Aug. 6, two people lost their lives in a New Jersey accident that also seriously injured three other people. The two men who died at the scene of the crash, 16 and 21, were thrown 60 feet from the car. The other three people were transported to a medical facility, two of them sustaining life-threatening injuries. The driver who allegedly caused the car accident was released from the hospital the same day but was held in custody pending the payment of $50,000 in bail. On Aug. 7, two of the victims, 20 and 21, were still listed in critical condition.
